Hello everybody!
I am from Slovenia and I am going to set up company in England. I am coming to Macedonia to find some staff for working at home by internet. I heard many difference stories about sallary in Macedonia. Please tell me what is the true, what is the normally Macedonian sallary for educated people whose English is fluently?

It varies...so i wouldn't be able to give you a definite answer.
But if you're wondering how much you should pay those employees, i would say around 400-500euros;)

thank you for that answer. But is it that normally or quite good sallary (probably for capital city)? Because I heard that the normally is about 150 EUR. I also heard that 500 EUR is for managers or even not for them. I have many sources and everybody are saying different, but mostly are saying 150 EUR. I spoke with one person who is working for travel agency and have every day contact with abroad. She have only 150 EUR a month. Please tell, do you have any idea why so many storries? |

It would be enough to pay your staff 150 EUR to work at home by internet. You'll find tons of interesed ppl to work that kind of job, even here on this forum :-) |

150 is most probably the average pay that people get. But you asked for those who know English fluently and are educated...so of course the salary would be higher i assume! |
