Se mi se e iskalo da pitam dali nekoi vo Makedonia go e videl serialot "Mera spored Mera"?The following quote is from a website with information about the movie:
As for the plot, "Mera spored mera" is an enviably trustworthy rendition of some of the most traumatic events in the 20th-century history of the Balkans: the formation of a Macedonian revolutionary movement for the establishment of an autonomous province within the Ottoman Empire, the failed uprising of 1903 which resulted in massacres and mass emigration, and the fraternal wars which exploded among the revolutionaries (the comitadzi) as a result of this failure. Except for the main character, Dilber Tanas, who is a personification of the "quintessential", but anonymous Macedonian company-leader (voevoda), all the characters are historical figures and all the events have really taken place.

So the movie depicts the life of a shephard who is Macedonian and was forced to fight for Macedonian liberation?? why is the Ilinden uprising such a big loss and pain for Bulgaria?

Well I guess we have to discuss this in another section of this forum. First the uprising is called Ilindensko-Preobrajensko because it started simultaneously in Macedonia and Odrinsko and second it was a big pain for Bulgaria because it was an uprising of the Bulgarians in Macedonia and Odrinsko, that's why! |
