Two questions that need a lot of explaining.
My personal opinion is that there is not any new unrest in Kosovo, It was always like that, conflicts were existing, UNMIK doesn't have any control over the situation, total anarchy in entire Kosovo.
Just that now is a bit harder. There are victims and than the media comes in.
The whole concept was wrong from the beggining. NATO was trying to solve a problem, but did not know anything about it. So what they did was put a system that doesn't work.
About Milosevic?????
The way he is treated now in Hague, he looks more like a hero than a criminal. But that maybe is also influenced by the general negative feelings that are prevailing here towards USA, NATO and their politics in the Balkans
